Human Resource - Retainer

• Developing sourcing channels
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment
• Participating in the job fair and recruitment drive
• Documentation of Shortlisted/Selected candidates
• Sourcing resumes from vendor
• Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/advertisers
• Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers
• Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company
• Working on data processing
• Working on data analysis & competitors survey
