Job Description

• Seamless project management through all phases of the customer relationship-coordinating with the customer, technical resources and support personnel.
• Interact with business to collect requirements, understand business process.
• Help documents issues clearly so that the project manager can raise them with the concerned for timely resolution.

• Understanding application architecture, as well as various services issues with the components.
• Able to perform well in the face of tight deadlines and tough technical and organisational challenges.
• Client management and responsible to generate revenue.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Superior team organize and lead with the ability to coordinate with technical staff without micromanaging.**
• Coordinating with technical personnel as needed to meet customer needs while managing customer expectations to prevent overload or missed deadlines.
