Job Description

• Implementing an appropriate and effective project or programmer management framework, incorporating necessary review processes as required.
• Defining and implementing criteria for control and management of the project.
• Look for opportunities to improve the client's position in regard to return and value.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with client representatives, consultants, contractors and adjoining property owners.
• Design management BOQ analysis Client engagement Presentations / making new strategies for design-build vertical.
• Preparation of BOQ, Vendor selection.
• Preparing and presenting budgets to draw comparisons between actual and targeted profits.
• Extensively involved in negotiations with Clients / Vendors for developing Service Line Agreements.
• Analyzing and presenting status reports and associated risks to the management.
