Job Description

We are hiring for Customer support Executive for one of leading company in Delhi.

Company Profile : E - Commerce .

Location : East Patel Nagar, Delhi

Salary : Upto 20 K per month

Timings : 8 am to 5 pm/ 10 am to 7 pm / 1 pm to 11 pm.

Experience - Minimum 1 year

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Strong Communication and Presentation skills.

2. Managing incoming calls and customer services inquiries, it includes Chat as well.

3. Identify and assessing clients needs to achieve satisfaction.

4. Immediate Joining.

5. Possess good communication skills, both oral and written

6. Ability to handle pressure and complete targets on monthly basis.

7. Have a good positive attitude-should be committed to the work.

8. Perform other duties as assigned
