Job Description

Manage pricing, sales order processing, sales order, social commerce, customer service, customer queries etc..
Handle and manage listing of the products on our portal
Coordinate for delivery and returns of customer orders
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities
Implement customer retention programmes
Implement new business collaboration initiatives
Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms
Calling/Meeting the vendors, Onboarding new vendors
Manage end to end sales cycle. from order to shipping & Delivery
Maintaining current vendors
