Job Description

Qualification: B.E. or Diploma in Biomedical / Electronics / Instrumentation

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Ensuring that patient care instrument used throughout the hospitals is safe.

2. Effectively manage and coordinate activities of the Biomedical Engineering Department to

include the evaluation, replacement, service and repair of complex biomedical patient

equipment.

3. To provide necessary support to the Doctors / Nursing Staff / Operators in terms with

equipments usage.

4. Provide first hand support to the medical equipment during their breakdown and normal

maintenance.

5. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein and assist seniors in

the Biomedical operations.

6. To furnish daily / weekly work report.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: B.E. or Diploma in Biomedical / Electronics / Instrumentation

Verbal Ability:

Ability to comprehend verbal instructions given by the supervisor or head of the department.

Other Skills:

1. Have an affinity for teamwork.

2. Basic computer knowledge

3. Flexible in duty, night duty, on calls
