Netapp & EMC Storage Admin -Immediate Opening -Bangalore

Looking for netapp Storage and EMC Storage
Configuration and support NetApp Filers. C Mode. cluster mode. 7 mode.
Knowledge on the data replication technologies, EMCs Recover Point tool experience is preferred.
Implementing and managing ECC environment
Configure, reallocate, manage or remove storage volumes at the operating system level to meet service requests.
Configure and manage fabric zoning as per project and customer requirement
Storage systems check: Monitor and alert failures within external arrays, tape libraries and SAN fabric components in order to identify and rectify potential hardware failures.
Providing support for Enterprise Storage Infrastructure, respond to and resolve escalated issues. Escalate to and manage external service providers or vendors until problem resolution.
Vendor management
Monitor, review and optimize the performance and connectivity of the SAN/ NAS environment.
Develop reporting mechanisms on weekly, monthly basis to ensure performance to business SLAs.
Troubleshoot Performances issues on EMC and NetApp filers
Troubleshoot Connectivity issues
Work experience on the data archiving solution for NAS solutions
Should be able to handle technical escalations from L1 & L2 teams.
Mentoring & knowledge transfer to L1 & L2 teams for performance improvement
Very Good Knowledge with ITIL Processes (Incident, Problem and Change Management). Preferably ITIL Foundation Certified

- Recovery point appliance - RPA.
- EMC Xtremio
- Normal day today operational activity.

- Normal day today operational activity.

- SAN switch environment L1 /L2 activities like Zoning, troubleshooting, hardware support
- Experience on the Vendor co ordination
