Verification of materials in compliance with material specifications
Checking dimensions of material to ensure that they are compliance with requirement on thickness of plates/ pipes etc.

Assign Third Party Inspectors and send inspection notifications

Patrician of ASME Audit as per material and documents

Preparing Project weekly Quality Points for progress meeting report.
Preparing Monthly Quality Management Report for Monthly Project Quality index.
Inspection looks ahead Schedule.
Updating Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Report.
Preparing QMIS monthly report for PQI
Weld Performance Monitoring Report
Weld NDT performance monitoring Report
Project Quality Index
Pre inspection meeting report for each shop visits
Vendor inspection reports after each inspection visit
Complete planning for the QA/QC department, implementation and management for the project on a day-to-day basis.

Experience of 5 years in the (Rubbering, Coating, Petrochemical, steel fabrication, welding and production planning)
Excellent English Language (Speaking, Writing and Reading)
Excellent Computers skills (Excel, PP & Word)
Having a driving license
