Hiring for a Patent Associate in the Patent Prosecution Practice with Computer Science Background for Mumbai

Patent Associate in the computer science patent prosecution practice.
Handling of patent searches, drafting, filing, prosecution, freedom-to-operate opinions and Allied matters.
Reporting to Senior team members and reporting to partners.

Ideal Candidate:
B.Sc Computer Science or Masters or equivalent in M. Sc. Computer Science
Patent Associate / Patent Agent with 3 to 5 years of PQE in patents.
Experienced in patent searches, patent drafting and patent prosecution practice.
Experience working in other IP Law Firm(s) or in-house.

Skills Required:

Self-starter.
Sound communication skills.
Working Independently and/or with other team members within the firm.
Attention to detail.
