Job Summary
We are leading Tiles Manufacturing and selling company, Head quartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, KAG Tiles is a 25 year Business Conglomerate galloping in various spheres of activities viz., Tiles, Taps and Bath Fittings, Sanitary ware, Home Care Product, Decorative, Smart Granite, Sink - Quartz & Handmade, Adhesive & Grouts, etc., Urgently looking for State Heads.
Responsibilities:
New network creation
Find the new investors to the company.
Presentation of the products
Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companys sales goals
Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, on boarding, activation, and expansion
Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing
Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
Set, monitor and report on team goals
Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Skills and Qualifications:
Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within our industry
Experience running successful marketing campaigns
Experience with CRM software
Analytical mind
15 years of relevant sales experience (in Tiles Industry) including management of SDR and AE functions and a track record of exceeding quota
Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Strong leadership and team building skills
