The Job

You will be responsible for :

Handling customer enquiries on phone, chat and email
Generating and converting leads as well as upselling to existing clients
Ensuring high-levels of customer satisfaction.
Actively building partnerships with resellers, aggregators and operators
Connecting to potential clients through Linkedin

The Profile

You have at least 2 years in international sales with strong knowledge of telecom, preferably the SMS domain.
You have a solid understanding of International Enterprise clients,
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills
You are willing to work with different time zones
You are able to build strong relationships and networks.
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standards.
You are a strong team player and can liaise with various stakeholders.
