Job Description

Experience-3 to 10 Years
Location-Pune(Kharadi)

Acting as a contributor to L&D projects, the mission of the designer is to :
Design, build, test, diffuse learning solutions that effectively support the
learning architecture/blueprint and functional design (storyboard)
defined during the analysis process
Provide requested modification, troubleshooting and support of training projects and existing learning solutions.
Create the technical design or prototype which includes tool selection,
graphics, coding, video, voice, multiplexing, integration, web design,
and other technical aspects
Provide a digital asset that is compliant with the functional design
documents, technically efficient, reliable and maintainable in the long
term
Manages system level testing and tracks issues from all testing to resolution
Provides solution or modifications within the expected Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Explores and suggests new techniques and processes that improve end user
functionality in the development of learning solutions. Assist in
incorporating language translation of assets into the tools to provide
multiple language support.
