Job Description

*BPO/Customer care/Telesales*

*Interview is on everyday*

Urgently required Male/Female Customer Support Executive

Sal 1.8lac to 2.1lac per annum

*Location -Domlur, Bengaluru (20 Openings)*

Timings

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

3pm to 12am

One way cab Facility will be provided if working in night shift

6 days working

12th /Degree pass

*Fresherscan apply if they have excellent communication*

*6 months to 2 yrs of experience as Telecalling is must*

Age above 20yrs to 30yrs

Excellent in English,Hindi 2 language is must

1.Answer customer calls courteously to provide information about products and services, arrange consultations and obtain feedback about service
2.Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online chat medium concerning various queries.
3.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
4.Provide hands on support to process orders, raise invoices, tracking and detailed account management.
5.Flexible with Rotational shifts
