Job Description

Supervises and coordinates activities of floor IN charges engaged in weaving cloth: Prepares and over see the instructions to drawing-in department, indicating harness , number of harnesses required, type of heddles, number of warp ends per inch, and sequence in which warp ends are to be drawn through harness and reed.
2) verify the loom change instructions indicating changes in loom shedding, picking, beating-up, warp letoff, and cloth takeup motions according to weaving design.
3) Observe the Scans cloth during weaving for defects in yarn, design, and loom setup.
4) Ensure the best utilization of plant manpower.
