We are looking for Team Leader for our Solar International Lead Generation Voice Process based at Naraina location.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience of working in an International BPO as a Team Leader (preferably in Solar & Energy process"
- Minimum qualification is graduation
- Must be good in excel
Desired Skills:
- Candidate must have good communication skills
- Must be willing to work in an Australian shift between (6am 3pm)
- Candidate should have a leadership quality
- Candidate should have a pleasant personality
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- High Energy, Enthusiastic, Motivational, Team player.
- Advanced excel knowledge
- Experience in handling team
- Can handle audits independently.
- Good Communication skills.
Job responsibilities:
- Conduct process training for new hires
- Maintains and shares training reports on time
- Conduct training needs analysis and prepares/execute the plan to close any gap
- Create training content and modify the existing training content on regular basis
- Improve team capabilities through coaching and mentoring
- Outbound BPO Experience will be an added advantage
- Managing retention during training
- Consistent alignment with operations by auditing calls, emails, chats
- Maintaining data as per training processes
- Must have excellent presentation and communication skills
- Publishing daily reports, delivery and continuous improvement of Quality Sessions.
- Identifying the defects in the process, maintaining parity in the process, make sure everything is going
- To supervise the floor
- To handle escalation calls
- Managing day-to-day activities, w.r.t. Performance check, reviews, feedback and sharing updates
- Meeting SLA's
- Maintain daily reports.
