Finance Analyst @ Galleon Consultants

Job Description

-Review and analyze financial information to explain variances to budget and forecasts of business divisions
-Analyze working capital movement and forecasts on a monthly basis and work with the divisional finance teams to formulate reasons for variance
-Analyze working capital movements using excel data interrogation tools to identify and isolate variances and work with Divisional finance teams to explain
-Build reports using excel data management and modelling skills to provide summary explanations and improve quality of monthly reporting.
-Build strong working relationships with the Divisional and Group Finance teams and work collaboratively to explain variances identified
-Review divisional cashflow reporting as part of the month end close process and ensure component elements are reported in a timely and accurate manner
-Work with Divisions and Credit Control teams to monitor cash collections for the divisions and monitor the DSO for the divisions
-Provide support for interim and final Group reporting process as required
-Adhere to reporting timetables and Group deadlines at all times.
-Undertake any necessary training associated with the duties of the post and participates in training and development procedures
-Adhere to Group confidentiality and data protection policies as required.
