Indicative years of experience : 7+ years

Role Description :

- Impact analysis, designs, development for complex cross application projects based on the project requirements.

Reporting relationship : This position will report to the Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities :

1. Resolution of the production incidents within specified SLAs and timely escalation to the respective stakeholders

2. Suggest fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact of the defect.

3. Act as a lead for the team and guide/mentor junior team members as necessary on technology, process and domain.

4. Act as a liaison between development teams and application support team to enable smooth transitioning of knowledge of significant changes in the application.

5. Planning, tracking and completion of work for the sprints and ensure demo of completed initiatives to home office counterparts

6. Work closely with home office counterparts on high-level initiatives for the Ops team like Engineering Culture, Application Performance Monitoring using tools like Dynatrace etc

7. Manage multiple Business stakeholders and ensure representation of Ops team in relevant forums

8. Complete Impact analysis, designs, development for complex cross application projects individually. Being hands-on in the development effort.

9. Verify completeness of input documents and raise questions for requirement clarification, identify technical risks & challenges and assist in data gathering from the team

10. Perform reviews for work product developed by others

11. Technical Mentoring and coaching of the development team

12. Provide technical support to peers & juniors

13. Recommend changes to improve established development processes

14. Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications

15. Build holistic understanding of applications & underlying domain being supported

16. Knowledge sharing

17. Ensure high quality of products being delivered

18. Participate in cross functional projects & initiatives

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
