Roles and Responsibilities

Job Profile:

• Preparation for inspection: Underlying standards, requirements and guidelines before the inspection.
• Technical Auditor shall have knowledge about the laboratory procedures that need to be adopt during the test that given in the product specification.
• To carry out factory inspection as per scheme of inspection for manufacturing, QA/QC etc. In addition, that includes verification of raw material, storage, manufacturing process; the control exercised at intermediate stages of production and examine the result with respective test certificates.
• Take note of observations with respect to parameters mentioned in standards or scheme of inspection.
• Sampling as per guidelines as mentioned in respective standards and Scheme of inspection for testing.
• Record observations in the report during testing process.
• Coding, masking and ensuring dispatch of samples to designated labs and report submission.
• Technical Auditor should be able to understand/grasp the Scheme of inspection and testing and product manual of the product.
• Technical knowledge to perform tests as per the product specific.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Education:

1) B.E / B.Tech - Chemical Engineering 60 Percentage Plus Mandatory

2) B.E / B.Tech - Textile Engineering 60 Percentage Plus Mandatory

3) M.Sc. In Food OR Chemistry 60 Percentage Plus Mandatory

4) M.Sc. In Microbiology - 60 Percentage Plus Mandatory
