Roles and Responsibilities
Building Agency: Identify & Recruit Potential advisor's/Sales Associates (Ex: Retired Persons, Unemployed, Any family Members, HNI, Etc.)
Driving Sales: Motivating to achieve Expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisor's.
Manage Team Performance & Productivity: Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the SA team.
Leadership: Provide leadership and management to the team of advisor's/Sales Associates.
Mentoring and Training: Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisor's in the team, providing feedback on advisor's/Sales Associates performance.
Involves attending the Sales calls (outside of the office)
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be graduated, Minimum 2 Years of sales experience is required & Age should be 25-33 years old
