JOB DESCRIPTION.

  • Responsible for the complete management of sales targets and distribution for a particular Area within a region for entire range of products.
  • Responsible for Primary, Secondary sales for entire Districts and States.
  • Handling distributors, Appointment of Super Stockiest & CSA
  • Looking after major key accounts.
  • Negotiating & organizing makeover activities in all the Major accounts.
  • Develops sales strategies for his Area in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager & Drives key initiatives in the region through his team of Front line field staff.
  • Manages the environment (Customers, Influencers). Identifies opportunities and manages them in a favourable manner.
  • Responsible for monitoring the field staff activities.
  • Liaisons with Trade Marketing teams and Area Sales Manager in rolling out promotional plans and product launches.
  • Co-ordinates with the overall Regional Sales Head to obtain the necessary support.
  • Monitors and reports on competition activity

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS.

  • Candidates must be Management Graduates/ Graduates with 15-20 years of experience in FMCG.
  • Candidates will need to have good communication and people management skills, capable to create network of Super & Distributors and available Sales team
