Salary: 5 to 11 lacs (based on experience)
Associate 1 to 2 years
Sr. Associate 3 to 4 years
Lead Product Manager 5 years and above
1) Exp in Surgical, dental, oral care products, andrology products good fit
2) Can look at product management profiles from pharma companies 5 6 years
3) May have started as medical rep, only prod management is also fine.
Target cos Pharma cos / or FMCG which have pharma/ healthcare products
Must have sales / MR background - should have started
Develop marketing / brand plans:
- Develop strategies to increase brand market share, brand identity and brand awareness.
- Develop innovative promotional activities & campaigns for focused products of the division.
- Preparing short and long term strategy development for given divisions product portfolio.
- Responsible for launching and managing brands.
Market analysis:
- Studying External & Internal environment to gain insights of implementation, results and acceptance of marketing activities.
- Analyzing market data to find gaps in current portfolio and bridge the gaps by proposing & initiating new product development to strengthen each therapy area.
- Collecting regular feedback on trends, requirements and market conditions for analysis.
KOL management:
- Periodical field work to understand the market/customer behaviour/response and check the understanding / implementation of the company /sbu strategy
- Responsible for managing strategic initiatives in listed therapeutic segments and meeting key opinion leaders to understand the dynamics and the latest happenings in the therapy area
- Responsible for acquiring the KOLs and maintain healthy relation with the MR & division
Support functions:
- Assisting the sales team with market data / history data for budgeting / targeting state wise.
- Maintain liaisons with Marketing services team, Sales, Production, Distribution, R&D and other related departments for the flow of requirements for the division.
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of sales & samples to avoid stock out at any point.
- Analyzing monthly sales and to present the review to top management on monthly review meetings.
- Strategy brief for the new recruits and conduct quarterly meetings
