Role: QA - Client Specialist(Non voice)

Experience Required: 3+ Years

Job Location: Ambattur, Chennai



Job Description:


Be thoroughly familiar with the day-to-day activities of the billing process.


Would be the Knowledge center and help the team with the process and queries.

Should know, understand, and audit patient registration & Insurance selection, NCCI

Edits, MUEs, scrubber report edits, verify all the information in scrubbing edits,

insurance calling/ Denial and refunds process and other ancillary services.

Perform audits on samples allocated on daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Perform ATA/participate in score transactions in calibration.

To call out deviation observed against monitoring form.

Update continuously on the process knowledge on your clients by keeping yourself

updated with all instructions and the process workflows.

To provide feedback both on the good as well as the opportunity areas to employees

in person or through tool depending on the model mutually agreed with the

business owner.

To provide customized team level reports if aligned to a team or group of employees

on a weekly basis in the prescribed format.

To perform adhoc analysis that may be required for process improvement on a

weekly/monthly basis.

Identify Risks and issues in the process and work in coordination with your

supervisor to identify/implement required solutions.

Should focus and achieve on set targets and cooperate with the team members in

achieving the SLAs.

Treat all patient and client information confidential and ensure an environment

where each staff member can share concerns or fears, regardless of the nature,

without recrimination or humiliation.

Follow Information Security Policy and Compliance requirements including

regulatory compliances.
