Role:Executive /Sr.Executive-Customer Service-05 Nos
Exp:3+ Years Exp in SCM/Logistics/Customer Service
1.Good Communication Skill verbal and written,
2.Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
3.Customer centric approach & Positive Attitude.
4.To ensure timely submission of MIS as per requirement of CS Function and ensure best CS Practice
5.Should Be Responsible for RVP Generation to till Closer. Like: Monitoring 100% pick up attempt for RVP shipment on the same day.
6.Ensuring through daily monitoring of pick i.e.: RVP 70% on the same day along with working on the reasons led to failure Along with 100% QC Compliance.
7.TO be Ensure all shipments to be picked up and connected from origin as per defined TAT Daily monitoring of (A)Attempts (B)Pickup (C)connection (D)DTO.
8.Work with key customer to ensure timely pick up for customer & Seller NPS best in 3PL
9.Maintaining the MOM along with actions taken for gaps highlighted. Maintaining the data.
10.Updation of security code within 48hrs of no info status Tracking ageing and closure of No Info and security investigation pending shipments beyond 7days

Graduation mandatory
Salary
Executive:3-3.5 LPA
Sr Executive Max -4.4Lac CTC/Annum or 20% Hike on current CTC(Which ever is lesser)
