Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting the right candidates.
• Communicating with candidates mostly through calls & emails.
• Maintaining good follow up with the candidates
• Conducting initial rounds of interview.
• Co-ordinations on recruitment process
• Follow up the candidates as to their joining dates & joining formalities. MaintainingEnhancing Database.
• Achieving targets consistently

Skills Required:

• Looking for Fresher /as experienced Candidates for Recruitment Process
• Good communication skills
• Should have Good logical and reasoning skills
