We need urgently Customer support Representative for IT Company at Navi Mumbai Vashi Location.

First preference from Technical customer support related candidates

Preferable Female Candidates

Post- Customer support Representative

Exp-1-4 Years

salary - 15-22K/Month

Location- Navi Mumbai Vashi area

Job detail-

Excellent Communication skills.
Candidate should have at least one year of experience of customer support.

Candidate will speak with the customers who have given DSAT (Post application is processed)to understand the problems they encountered during the application journey.

Share feedback with our operation team for process improvements for better customer experience.

Eliminate repetitive occurrences of customer dissatisfaction through reporting of data.

Build professional rapport with internal and external customers by demonstrating active listening skills to ensure mutual understanding of customer's concerns/comments
