Job Position:Team Leader - RCM(must have strong experience in AR denials)

Job Location:Mumbai

Experience :Min 4 years

Job Description :

1. Distribution of Workload to team members
2. Helping the team in handling & resolution of work related problems, understanding & interpretation of
3. Issues and decision making"
4. Provide leadership and focus to the project teams. Responsible for the productivity, quality and overall performance of the projects
5. Escalate and follow up for resolution for all issues that affect work
6. Learn and implement new client systems. Co-ordinate and organize training for new joiners as well as for existing members of the team based on the projects requirement
7. Interaction with the clients & taking feedback from clients and formulating Strategies to meet the clients specific needs and expectations"

Skills Required:

1. Should have In-depth knowledge in US-Healthcare provider process
2. End to end RCM Knowledge Expert in Payment posting, Credit balance and Charge Entry.
3. Experience in Migrating & Handling new Projects
4. Basic knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills
6. Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools

Eligibility:

1. Graduate from any stream
2. Willing to work in any shift
3. Must have min 4 years exp in AR denials (Voice)
4. Must be a TC/TL/SME or Specialist in team handling role .
5. Should have handled at least 25 people and should have good people management skills
