Job Description
Position: IT Architect (VOI-CIC)
Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon
Exp: 10 to 15 years
CTC: 20- 25 LPA
Role purpose
- You will work with business stakeholders, product management, end users and IT strategy to deliver BSS/OSS solutions resulting in significant benefit to customers and internal business operations.
- You will take the BSS/OSS design ownership role for existing Voice services requirements and new Voice service offerings and deliver the designs in line with overall IT architecture
- You will work with cross functional teams within and 3rd party suppliers to ensure that delivery of the architecture is fit for purpose and meets the expectation of all the stakeholders
- You will drive the technical design from high level design through to detailed interface designs, producing the required design artefacts for a successful delivery.
Key accountabilities
- Produce High Level Designs (HLDs) describing IT systems changes to support existing voice product/service and new voice product/service requirements.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand IT requirements (product management team, service delivery team, operations and network engineering team)
- Proactively resolve gaps in the designs as they are found, through the build and test cycles
- Validate HLDs with user communities of the systems affected and sign off from all stakeholders
- Work with IT systems development teams within and 3rd party subcontractors to ensure understanding and compliance to requirements and HLDs produced
- Provides support to developers and other architects during implementation of projects, manages design change requests.
- Gains agreement for designs/models from stakeholders
- Maintain AS-IS architecture for Voice IT domains
Other accountabilities (optional)
- Develops detailed understanding of the Voice domain and supporting IT systems
- Review Low Level Designs (LLDs) produced by IT systems development teams for compliance to HLDs.
