Digital Marketing Producer Front End Developer/UI Developer

Digital Marketing Producer sits within the VMware Digital Marketing team and is responsible for developing user interfaces with the latest frontend technologies.
Looking for Front-End Web Developers who are motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Good hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Strong hands-on experience with advanced Object-Oriented JavaScript and ability to write high-performance reusable code for UI components.

Role Responsibilities:

Delivering responsive, high performance, and scalable user interfaces.
Convert the designed wireframes into high-quality code with pixel perfection.
Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Web Concepts.
Proficiency in software development lifecycles and process
Learning and applying new technologies, best design practices and usability patterns
Contributing to end-to-end system architecture, working with back-end engineers
Collaborating with product managers, UX teams and other technical teams to create the delightful user experience.
Interact frequently via phone, email, and/or in-person with marketers, Analytics, digital producers, and IT teams

Requirements

5+ years of Experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, NodeJS, Angular JS, Bootstrap skills, and able to lead in this area of expertise.
Creating self-contained, scalable, reusable, and testable modules and UI components
Good grasp of OOPs Concepts and Front End Frameworks like AngularJS, Ionic, ReactJS, etc.
Good to have database skills such as MySQL or Oracle etc.
Results-oriented, highly motivated self-starter with a strong record of professional achievement.
Proven ability to effectively prioritize and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders
Consult and advise key stakeholders & drive the digital team to success based on key performance indicators and business drivers
Bachelor's degree required along with practical, applied business experience in testing and data analysis.

Advanced working knowledge of MS Office applications

Ability to work effectively within a geographically distributed team and across multidisciplinary teams
Ability to communicate technical or detailed information effectively to non-technical audiences
