Job Description
Core Skills
- Application of revenue cycle management principles
- Clear understanding of Insurance Carriers, Health Care Facilities and Billing offices
- Monitor calls and provide appropriate feedback to ensure accuracy and timeline adherence as per SLAs
- Ability to handle protected health information in a manner consistent with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA).
External Facing Description
- Group Leader Revenue Cycle (AR)
- Perform compliance audit of coders work and train them to scale up their performance
- Work on the exceptions as and when required
- Work on additional tasks that may be assigned from time to time
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Good leadership skills
- Efficient and effective management of budgets, revenue and Profit-Loss account
- Interpreting and acting on client communications
- HIPAA compliance
- Strong planning and execution skills
- Periodic tracking and reporting of team performance
- Team player with positive attitude
- Efficient and effective management of budgets, revenue and Profit-Loss account
- Track, assess and resolve client communications
- Assist the manager in client expansion and revenue improvement
- Experience in working with large databases and managing large data files.
