Role: Sr. Laboratory Technician
Work Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Work Location: Madhya Pradesh (Rewa, Sagar, Jabalpur)
Educational Qualification: DMLT, BMLT (registered)
Salary: Upto 20 K CTC (per month)+ PF+ ESIC+ Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Phase I: (Project)
1. Verify the availability of required Infrastructure in PHCs and create MIS.
2. Coordinate with BMO(Block Medical Officer) & DPM for sourcing of LTs.
3. Monitor Logistics for Project set up.
4. Facilitate inspections of medical equipment set up and provide daily report.
Phase II: (Operations)
1. Monitoring daily attendance of employees.
2. Liaison with HR (timely co-ordination with employees and providing effective solutions).
3. Identifying the Training need of employees (regular monitoring on skill up-gradation as on need).
4. Manage the manpower (Lab technicians) at posted in PHCs (Primary health centers)
5. Training and Skill up-gradation wherever needed.
6. Assessing the effectivity of training programmes.
7. Monitoring Quality of consultations and suggesting corrections in actions.
8. Ensuring timely generation of medicine and consumable indent
9. Preparing daily/weekly/monthly report as per need.
10. The selected candidate should be capable of handling and guiding day-to day operations through coordination with doctors, project manager and Offices of Chief Medical and Hospital Officer (CMHO) and Block Medical Officer (BMO)
Desired candidate profile:
1. Any prior team leading experience will be an extra priority.
2. Candidate should be willing to travel at least 15 days in a month.
3. Candidate should have basic computer knowledge (Ms. Office)
4. Candidate should have good communication skills in English, Hindi or any other local languages.
