Job Role:

1. Facilities and General Office Administration including office up keep, repairs and maintenance.
2. Tracking the monthly utility bills and ensure timely payment.
3. Keep a track of AMCs and contracts and the dates of renewal.
4. Safety and Security
5. Inventory management and maintenance of office equipment and stationery. Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate.
6. Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed.
7. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get best pricing on supplies and services.
8. Consolidating timesheets and preparing analytical reports.
9. Visitor management travel ticket bookings,logistics,accommodation and hospitality.
