Job Description
ELIGIBILI TY
Experience: >=5+ years of IT or related domain
Excellent communication and technical troubleshooting skills
Strong Interpersonal skills such as communication skills, active listening, and
customer-care.
Education: Graduate (any stream) preferably in computer science or a related field.
MUST HAVE
- Good conceptual understanding of Windows architecture
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience on Wintel
- Been into end-user support team for last 2 years
- Hands-on experience on user administration & management (AD, O365, VMWare, etc.)
- Willingness to work on Desktops issues (in domain environment)
- Willingness to work in permanent night shifts (no medical situation)
- Hands-on experience for either O365 or VMWare/Hyper-V or Azure
