Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling all the positions from Entry Level to Middle Level positions for BPO.
• Screening prospective candidates through Telephonic Interviews.
• Taking interviews of candidates.
• Conducting the initial rounds of the interview and shortlisting the candidates.
• Sourcing quality profiles from various job portals like naukri , monster and times.
• Ability to handle footfall on regular basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Bulk hiring through NGOs , Vendors , Campuses and portals.
• Education : Post Graduate (MBA)
• Lives in Noida and is comfortable to work from office.
