Senior Software Engineer Oracle Hyperion/PBCS @ Walmart Labs

Your Responsibility

• Technical leadership in design, implementation and support of large scale data and analytics solutions that are highly reliable, flexible, and scalable.
• Hands on Experience on Hyperion Planning/Essbase/PBCS/EPBCS or OneStream Applications.
• Implementation experience including Building application, modules, writing Business rules is must
• Essbase Calculation expertise is mandatory and Handson experience on Groovy Scripting
• Cloud experience is preferred (Azure, GCP)
• Hands on Experience with SQL Server, RDBMS systems and NoSQL
• Understanding of Finance Business Functions (Budgeting, Forecasting), Financial Reporting
• Create, modify, execute, and maintain DM logic, EPM Automate Scripts, business rules, calculation scripts, outlines, member formulas, variable, aliases, security filters, end user provisioning
• Manage data and metadata load processes and mappings, including validation, to confirm the quality and accuracy of data
• Extensive hands-on experience building services using these technologies (Java, SpringBoot, MicroServices ,NodeJs, Hibernate)- Good to have
• CI/CD development environments/tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes - Good to Have
• Well versed in TDD, BDD methodologies and enabling tools and technologies(JUnit, TestNG etc)- Good to have
• Strong hands-on development skills to prototype technical solutions.
• Ability to balance the long-term "big picture" and short term implications of design
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good with people, ability to negotiate.
• Ability to mentor top individual technical talent.
• Experience of working with globally distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner.
• Should be flexible to move to development using Java, SpringBoot etc and work on different skillsets as per the business requirements
