Your responsibility will include establishing business relationships with distribution partners and key accounts and drive the day- to -day interactions in order to build long term business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to think strategically about the business, products and E-commerce challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling values propositions to partners and business customers of all sizes.
To be successful in this role you will have superior communication, sales execution skills. This role provides opportunities to develop original, ideas approaches and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate.
- To map the market to understand the territory population, number of retailers, brand presence, product awareness and competitiors presence.
To look after the primary and secondary sales and increase the penetration in the market.
To insure the achievement of sales targets.
To insure extensive coverage by travelling in the allotted area.
To personally visit the retailers and distributors handle the distribution effectively.
To identify the high potential parties by analysing the financial stability, market reputation, market coverage and infrastructure.
To co-ordinate distribution arrangement and facilitate more number of rotations through distributors.
Skills and Qualifications:
1) Post graduate with experience of 5- 10 yrs in sales marketing from footwear/ Lifestyle industry.
2) Candidates must be excellent in communication and fluent in English.
3) Allowances will be paid by the company.
