About this role

This role will be supporting projects in e-commerce Transformation solutions to optimize delivery and embed ways of working.

It will also be responsible for managing our top priority strategic projects across IT Solution, Embedding best-practice ways of working across the function.

Youll have the following responsibilities

1. Supporting project teams during every stage of the development process, from set-up and planning through to delivery, taking an iterative approach.
2. Creating and delivering on technical project work plans, revising them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
3. Managing progress of technical projects, ensuring team workflows are communicated and well-understood by different team members
4. Managing stakeholders from across the whole of the Business, primarily technology and relevant stakeholders
5. Managing risks and mitigations and keeping an appropriate record.
6. Establishing and evaluating Key Performance Indicators.
7. Monitoring quality assurance and ensuring that code is properly documented and that iterative changes are reported and recorded for

Quality assurance

You'll have the following skills & experience

1. Experience managing complex projects in organizations using project management tools (preference for Jira, Redmine, Asana)
2. Experience leading teams of highly specialized software engineering experts
3. Experience running projects using an agile methodology and/or human-centred design thinking. Agile certification is highly desirable.
4. Proficiency with commonly used project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira, Redmine, and others.
5. Experience in working on Full-stack technology and led project deliverables is essential
6.Experience presenting the complex subject matter to a range of different audiences.
7. A good understanding of Java, JS applications, Lang application will be an added advantage
