Responsibilities In clude (but are not limited to):
-Assume project management functions for assigned initiatives including risk management, issue management, status reporting, team meetings and executive steering and stakeholder meetings and communications.
-O wn overall release management for assigned initiatives, including release planning, release change control, release readiness and managing deployment to production.
- Act as Scrum Master for the IT Revenue scrum team, facilitating agile processes, coaching, guiding and removing issues for the team. Work closely with Technology Program Management in planning, managing and deploying releases to the production environment. Partner closely with IT Product Management to achieve business objectives, priorities, product vision and success metrics.
- Work closely with analysts, development teams, quality assurance, and other teams to execute the comprehensive project plan.
Required Skills
- Bachelors Degree, project management and information systems software development lifecycle experience.
- Expert project management skills, especially communication skills, project planning, risk management, team management and organizational change management.
-Must have solid experience all aspects of a major implementation, including planning, development, testing, parallel, production release, support and post-release stabilization.
- Must have hands-on experience in developing, leading and managing highly complex and data-sensitive QA and UAT testing cycles.
- Knowledge of business applications, with a focus on Order to Cash, Financials and Revenue systems.
- Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a concise and objective manner.
-Demonstrated leadership skills and experience working with large, complex projects.
-E xcellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams.
-E xcellent influencing and negotiation skills.
-A bility to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic, changing environment.
Desired Skills
-H as experience with Agile methodologies and principles.
-P referably Agile/Scrum.
-H as professional project management credentials (such as PMP) or equivalent.
-H as experience with Oracle Financial Applications experience including integrations to CRM and other backoffice applications.
-H as knowledge of Revenue Recognition policies and practices.
-H as experience or is familiar with Oracle BPEL integration architecture.
-B ackground in business process analysis, requirements, design, quality and testing.
-E xperience with on-demand SaaS applications, web services APIs and various integration technologies is a plus.
-S alesforce.com and other ERP systems is a plus.
