Job Description-

• Handling the Cashless Department (OPD and IPD)  
• Arranging the Cashless mail claims Documents (CDA-PDA)  
• Arranging the Information Awaited Document (IR)  
• Coordinate with the Network Hospitals and arranging the Pre-auth request and  
• provide the cashless facility  
• Appointment confirmation like E-cashless and Plan Treatment  
• Empanelment Procedure  
• KYC / Hospital Data Bank Updation Or collection  
• Hospital Information Updation Or collections  
• Memorandum of undertaking (MOU) Agreement  
• RTGS Account details , Updation, collection or account changing procedure  
• SOC / Tariff rate list Updation Or collection  
• Resolving the queries of CRM ,Pre-auth ,HO ,Internal Teams  
• Hospital Payment Regarding query.  
• Reviews on daily basis grievance to avoid it  
• Resolving the queries or grievance of hospitals like Portal issue , Documents Issue,  
• Payment issue, Settlement issue, Etc.  
• Arranging the Special cashless service to NETWORK Or NON-NETWORK Hospitals

Qualification Required :: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
