Hi Job Seeker,

Walk-ins for the position of Team Leader-Operations

Responsible to handle 25 agents

Must have experience of BPO/sales Industry

Manage Attrition and plan career mapping for agents

Knowledge, Skills, Other Abilities;

Should be proficient with MS office esp. Excel

Must be flexible in shifts

Team Lead needs to monitor calls and provide regular coaching and mentoring to agents and track low performers in team

Team Lead may be required to be a part of Client Calls Agent Focus Group Discussions

Salary: Up to 25k per Month depending on your caliber
