• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Experience in handling a team of 100 + developers, UI/UX, Testers
• Must have grown & driven offshore portfolios.
• Strong experience in high volume ramp-ups of teams
• Good experience in client management, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Experience in end to end delivery.
• Experience in managing multiple projects across multiple geographies.
• BFSI Domain Experience will be preferred.
• Experience in Pre-Sales & Solutioning for deals, RFPs/RFIs, proposals.
• Strong P&L & Operational Management experience
