Job Description

JOB ROLE-

Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems.
Proven work experience as an IT Technical Recruiter.

Postings vacancies on portals and Networking within time frame.

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Screening candidate as per required details, matching IT resources.
Based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of Resources.
Interpersonal, and decision-making skills

Note: Technical Education Background is a must.
We prefer B.tech(EC/CS/IT), BCA, MCA BSC (IT), Any IT technical (Diploma) .
