Toppr to looking to hire "Academic Consultant" which is a sales profile. The candidate will have to meet the clients in person at their home, office, etc. Bike, Laptop, Android phones are mandatory.

Designation: Academic Counselor
Salary Package: 3 LPA - 5 LPA Fixed plus Attendance Bonus and huge incentives Incentives
Job timing: 11 am till 10 pm
off: 6 days work in a week (Off only on Tuesday)
Job Location: Pune, Thane
Age: The candidate should not be more than 30 years-MALE ONLY
Good ENGLISH IS MUST-Candidate must know Marathi, Hindi, and English
Educational qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Eligibility:
- The candidate must have an excellent command of English, Marathi and Hindi Language.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 6 months of sales experience with documents
Job Role:
- To counsel students and parents across the nation.
- Booking appointments with the parents of the school-going children and close the deal at their home/office
- Convince them to purchase the paid subscription
- Inbound and outbound calling to existing customers
- It is a field sales job and the candidate will have to go every day in the field to attend meetings with the clients
Must-Have: the candidate must have a laptop and two-wheelers of their own
