Job Description
Job Title: - Personal Assistant to MD
Reporting to: -Managing Director
Reportees: - none
Job Location: - Mumbai
Salary Range: - 25000/- to 35000/-
Job Description:-
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Design and maintain databases
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Preparing MIS reports for Directors
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Interact with external clients
- Assist in HR and admin activities
- Reading and analysing incoming memos, submissions and distributing them as needed.
- Making travel arrangements.
- Opening sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails and other correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support
Education and Experience
- 3 years experience providing support at a high level
- proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
- knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Bachelors degree an advantage
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- Ability to organise a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadline in a fast paced quickly changing environment.
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
