Roles and Responsibilities

Business Ownership

• Understand business objectives, customer needs, and provide the optimum solution.
• Determine ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
• Assess customer feedback and establish, improve, and refine services.

Product

Product Ownership

• Build and maintain an efficient product development processes.
• Define, develop, and manage implementation schedules that meet expectations.
• Deliver flawless and bug-free products while staying within the timeline.

Team

Team Management

• Leading the engineering team and managing conflicts effectively.
• Hiring the right talent and managing the knowledge base within the team members.
• Build a can-do attitude team and maintain a positive team spirit.

Desired Candidate Profile

Basic Qualification

• BE / B Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
• At least eight years of experience in Information Technology
• 4-5 years of experience in leading a diverse and skilled team.

Required Skills

• Hands on experience in programming languages such as Java, PHP, ASP.net
• MYSQL, MVC framework, C, C++, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Node.js, Android, iOS, and Harmony
• Market awareness on recent trends and advise incorporating scalable technologies

Desired Expertise

• Hands on and in-depth knowledge of the Payment domain
• Experience building high-availability, small-scale payment solutions.
• Worked in a multi-faceted technical role in emerging trends.
