Role Brief
The Marketing Research Executive will be responsible for analyzing market information, identifying opportunities and supporting Marketing and Sales teams to generate leads.

Core Responsibilities
- Support Sales and Marketing team with researching contacts in the target market companies.
- Strong knowledge on HubSpot CRM
- Analyze data and information from relevant news articles to identify important changes within target companies to share with Sales team
- Update Hubspot with relevant contact and company details
- Assist Marketing Ops team with maintaining processes to ensure best practices are maintained in campaign and lead management
- Analyze and identify opportunities for sales process improvement
- Utilizing market information to engage prospects in social media
- Collaborate with US based sales team to identify relevant research topics tied to their target markets
- Working closely with US based senior marketing professionals to provide recommendations to enhance future campaigns
Candidate Preference
- Graduate in any Major
- 2 to 4 Years
Desired Skills
- Excellent reading comprehension and writing skills
- Strong knowledge on HubSpot CRM (mandatory)
- Data management and reporting skills
- Prefer candidates with Research and Marketing background in BPO/KPO or IT services
- Ability to work with Senior Executives and US based team
- Think critically on assigned projects, ask questions and work with a positive and flexible attitude
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop good relationships
- Flexible in schedule Must be okay to work nights
