| Key Job responsibilities: Work closely with NGOs/MFIs/Social Business enterprises to understand and capture the skills gap and project needs and develop scopes of work and project plan to deploy appropriate skilled volunteers from corporates and universities.
Manage existing corporate and university partnerships (and develop new ones with funding commitments) that place their employees and students as skilled volunteers with social sector organisations.
Facilitate volunteer recruitment, selection, orientation, on-board training and placement with appropriate social sector organisations. Act as a liaison to and provide logistical and administrative support to volunteers assigned to BWB projects in the region.
Perform monitoring and evaluation of all BWB projects implemented across the globe and conduct project evaluation
Develop knowledge gathering and synthesis of insights and learnings from various programs and maintain regular updates on social media and Salesforce.
Act as the creator and custodian of high-quality marketing and communication materials. This is an extremely hands-on role Where the incumbents will be expected to work across different time zone, quickly understand the nature of demands, respond quickly and diligently with highest quality outputs. Essential Qualifications/Experience required :-
A Masters degree with minimum 3 years experience of working with a non-profit organization/social service organization/CSR.
High degree of proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication skills
