OPENING FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE -EdTech Company.       Job Title: Associate - Business Development   We are looking at hiring smart candidates with excellent communication and great work experience and who are willing to work in Sales/BD roles.   Open Positions:200+   Experience:1 to 5 years in sales/BD   Job Location: Gurgaon- Work from Office   Shift: Day Shift/ Night shift.   Domestic & International Customers. Business vertical- International team( USA, UK, India, Australia, APAC)   Salary:4-8 LPA depending on the experience.   Average academic score in 10th 12th and Degree - above 65%   Location :Gurgaon/ Gurugram.

Weekly Rotational Off   About the Role:   You will be responsible for generating leads, explaining our educational product for higher grades to potential parents, schools and related stakeholders and partnering up with them. This job requires end to end ownership of the sales funnel.

Responsibilities:
  • To travel to different locations within the city to advocate supply of education products to the targeted customers.
  • Performing cold calling and scheduling and conducting all meetings with potential clients.
  • This job role demands you to travel either to find new clients or customers or to maintain.
  • relationships with the customers whom you are already working with.
  • Must contact all the clients and potential customers to discuss how our product would meet their requirements.
  • Arrange meetings with the clients or visit their homes to persuade them to enroll with company.
  • The focus should be to increase the sales of the company.
  • This role would be a PAN India role.
  • To have complete ownership of end-to-end sales.
Skills Required:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English Language
  • Analytical mind && attention to detail.
  • Exceptional people evaluation skills.
  • Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence and be resourceful.
Requirements:
  • Preferably from the Ed-tech Sales background.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of Business Development (Education Institutes) sales experience.
  • Candidates with good knowledge of the Education K-12 Industry preferred. We are open to see good sales candidates across industries.
