Job Description
Position: Consultant - HR Talent Management ( On Third Party Payroll )
Organization: MNC, (Telecom Service Providers)
Location: Dighi, Pune
Industry Experience: 2-4 Years
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Graduation or MBA in HR from a reputed institute
- Well versed with Microsoft Office especially Advanced Excel
- Exposure to SAP Success Factor would be an added advantage desirable
- As the role requires Role-holder to resolve queries of English speaking employees, fluency (intermediate level) in verbal and written English is must.
- Candidate should comfortable in working with numbers (basis knowledge of Excel is a must), and is willing to learn advanced excel (as an when role requires).

Performance management
- Managing PMP Helpdesk
- Responding to queries on askhr
- Operational activities
-Form movements / deletion
-Providing forms to BUHR
-Pulling Reports
-Coordination with HRIS if required
-Coordination with vendor if required
Applause
- Supporting in launching survyes (ESAT & Offroll ESAT)
- Responding to queries on Askhr
- Operational activities
-Monthly Mailer
-Quarterly Deck
-Bulk upload
-Coordination with Globoforce team if required
-Processing Monthly Invoices
Others
- Providing reports to BUHRs
- Coordination - Invoices & Payment
- Helping to fill applications GPTW, AON to Talent Management team
