Job Description:
Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
Responsible for Cold Calling and lead generation,
Responsible for business development, tele sales
Responsible for educating customers on the Product, Schemes Responsible for collecting referrals from existing customers and from other market sources and achieve business targets. Responsible for handling customer Grievances and collecting feedback at levels of transactions for smooth flow of disbursal process.
Highest education- Graduation / Post Graduation
Education scores- 50% minimum in 10th, 12th, graduation
Experience- Minimum 1 yr core tele sales experience
Age- Not more than 30 age
Mandatory Resources- Laptop or desktop, WIFI.
