Candidate will be required to identify & appoint new agents across entire South India to run the business successfully
Identify the training needs and implement on the job training interventions and coaching to the agencies
Assist franchisees in selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and grow their business
Interact & coordinate frequently with the franchisee to understand various bottlenecks in reaching the target.
Candidate Profile:
Must be a graduate with min 3yrs of experience of handling dealer or agency network.
Experience in developing & appointing new agencies
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Having good flair of sales & marketing
